At JaxTech, we understand that sometimes customers may want to return or may be dissatisfied with a product. That's why we have a hassle-free return and exchange policy. We want our customers to buy with confidence, knowing that they can easily initiate returns or exchanges in line with our policy.
1. Eligibility for Return
You may return your gaming PC or peripheral under the following conditions:
- Within 30 days of receiving your product.
- The product must be unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging (including any accessories, manuals, and parts).
- The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
- For custom-built gaming PCs, returns are only accepted if there is a defective component or manufacturing issue.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance".
- Opened or used software, digital content, and downloadable products.
- Gift cards, vouchers, and promotional items.
- Peripherals that have been personalized or modified.
- Custom-built PCs unless there is a manufacturer defect or error with the build.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at info@jaxtech.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your product.
- Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to return the item.
5. Refunds & Processing
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for returns on opened items, depending on their condition.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will guide you through the return or replacement process, and shipping costs for defective or damaged products will be covered by us.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for items. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement product.
