JaxTech 1-Year Gaming PC Warranty

 JaxTech 1-Year Gaming PC Warranty ("Warranty") is provided to the original purchaser ("Customer") of a gaming PC purchased from JaxTech. This Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. 

We also provide Life-time Technical Support - If you go past your 1 year warranty period we are still here to help and diagnose your Gaming PC issues with the best solution!

 This Warranty covers the repair or replacement of any defective components of your JaxTech Gaming PC under normal use within the warranty period. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Motherboard
• Processor (CPU)
• Graphics Card (GPU)
• RAM (Memory)
• Storage Drives (HDD/SSD)
• Power Supply Unit (PSU)
• Cooling Fans and Systems
• Pre-installed peripherals (e.g., keyboard, mouse, if purchased with the system)

 This Warranty does not cover the following:

• Physical damage resulting from accidents, drops, liquid spills, or improper handling.
• Damage due to misuse, abuse, or non-compliance with safety instructions.
• Alteration or modification of any component or software, including overclocking, unauthorized upgrades, or repairs performed by the Customer.
• Software issues, including operating system failures, viruses, malware, or corrupted files.
• Consumables, such as batteries or accessories not included in the original system package.
• Damage due to external causes, including power surges, lightning strikes, or electrical faults.

 If your JaxTech Gaming PC is malfunctioning or you believe it has a defect, follow these steps to initiate a warranty claim:

1. Contact JaxTech Support:
   Reach out to our customer support team at info@jaxtech.co.uk or Facebook/JaxTechPCs with a detailed description of the issue. Please have the following information ready:
   
   • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice)
   • The serial number of your gaming PC
   • Description of the issue you're experiencing

1. Troubleshooting:
   Our support team will guide you through basic troubleshooting steps to determine whether the issue is covered by this Warranty.
2. Return Instructions:
   If the issue cannot be resolved through troubleshooting, JaxTech may ask you to send the product back for repair or replacement. Shipping instructions will be provided. Shipping costs are covered by JaxTech for repairs under warranty.
3. Repair or Replacement:
   If the issue is found to be covered under this Warranty, JaxTech will repair the defective components or replace them with new or refurbished parts of equal or greater value. If the product is deemed irreparable, JaxTech may replace the entire unit.

• Repair Time: The repair or replacement process may take 7–14 business days, depending on the complexity of the issue and availability of parts.
• Parts Availability: In the rare case that a part is no longer available, JaxTech will replace it with a comparable or upgraded part.
• Data Loss: JaxTech is not responsible for data loss. Customers are advised to back up all important data before sending the gaming PC for repair.

 This Warranty excludes any liability for:

• Loss of data, profits, or business operations.
• Personal injury or property damage caused by improper use or modification of the product.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 This Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. 

 The Warranty will be void if:

• The gaming PC has been tampered with, altered, or repaired by unauthorized service providers.
• The system has been used in ways inconsistent with normal gaming usage or handled in an improper manner.

 This Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the state of United Kingdom, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with local jurisdiction.
